John Fisher

Co-Founder of Sky Oaks Partners

John Fisher is a sixth-generation San Franciscan who lives just blocks from ZSFG with his young family. He is the co-founder of Sky Oak Partners, a multifamily real estate investment platform launched in 2024. Previously, he spent several years with SKS Partners, where he focused on office and light industrial development in the Bay Area. Since 2016, John has served on the board of HomeRise, San Francisco’s largest provider of permanent supportive housing. He is currently Board Secretary and Chair of the Development Committee.

Deeply committed to San Francisco, John and his wife Raphaela—a physician at ZSFG’s Richard H. Fine People’s Clinic—are the proud parents of two small children. In his free time, John enjoys fly fishing, distance running, and walking his dog Hank around the Mission, Bernal Heights, and Noe Valley.
