Andrew Clark

President, Strategic Aid Partnerships

Andrew graduated from Saint Mary’s College and the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is the President of Strategic Aid Partners–a 501(c)(3) nonprofit–focused on teleducation and telehealth for 1st responders

He has been practicing law in California for over 30 years. Andrew spent 30 years as a prosecutor at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office specializing in all aspects of criminal law. He has personally handled over 200 jury trials including homicide, robbery, arson, burglary, and assault.

In 2017, as Vice President of the Olympic Club in San Francisco, Andrew was responsible for negotiating the multi-million dollar 2027 PGA Championship and the 2032 Ryder Cup contracts.

Andrew served for three years as a Commissioner on the San Francisco Housing Authority overseeing an annual $200 million dollar HUD budget.

Andrew founded Strategic Aid Partners in 2011.
