Jen Wylegala

Chief Development Officer

Jen Wylegala is a seasoned development and communications leader and strategist. Most recently, Wylegala was the Chief Philanthropy and Communications Officer at the Collaborative for Gender + Reproductive Equity and the Gender Equity Action Fund, where she built and directed both national funds’ advancement and communications programs, helping raise significant funds to advance gender, reproductive, and racial equity across the United States.

Previously, Wylegala served in national and regional senior development roles, including at Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), where she expanded PPFA’s principal and major gifts program throughout the western United States.

Wylegala serves as a board member at the Clinical Health Network for Transformation and on the Executive Committee and board of Essential Access Health, two organizations that promote access to quality health care for historically under-resourced communities. She is an avid runner and committed PTA leader and public school volunteer.

Wylegala earned her BA in Political Science and French from Loyola University, a certificate in nonprofit executive leadership from the Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy, and completed advanced studies in Gender and Politics at New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
