Hearts in San Francisco Project
In 2004, the Hearts in San Francisco project launched with 131 sculptures by local artists, auctioned to support Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center. The Foundation raised nearly $3 million in the first year. Today, we continue this tradition, auctioning new hearts annually to fund accessible and equitable healthcare for all in our city.

Meet the Artist:
Born in San Francisco, Spadaro received his Bachelor of Arts with high honors in General Fine Arts with a minor in Art History from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD. Spadaro is represented by Andrea Schwartz Gallery in San Francisco, CA. He currently lives and works in San Francisco.
