This week, the hardworking staff at Zuckerberg San Francisco General took a moment to pause and dine together, from six feet apart. With support from the ZSFG COVID-19 Fund, the Foundation partnered with Off the Grid to bring food trucks on campus providing lunch and dinner to over 3,000 frontline workers at ZSFG.
There has been an amazing outpouring of support from the local community to feed health care workers, and this special lunch was an opportunity for our supporters to say how grateful we are for their tireless efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
Monday’s line-up included Senor Sisig, Little Green Cyclo, Taqueria Angelica’s, Bonito Poke, Cielito Lindo, and Bombzies BBQ during the lunch shift, and Hula Truck, Curry Up Now, 3-3-3 Truck, and Waffle Roost.
The Foundation is proud to support the local restaurant industry, especially the food trucks that are a part of the ZSFG landscape each day during lunch hour.
