In honor of Women’s History Month in March, Foundation CEO Kim Meredith and ZSFG CEO Dr. Susan Ehrlich joined Rachael Mauer as guests on LIVE! In the Bay. The trio spoke about the remarkable collaborative work happening to run and support San Francisco’s only public hospital. Their invaluable partnership provides world-class health care to San Franciscans every day and illustrates the leadership and shared vision needed to achieve health equity.
The segment highlighted the critical services ZSFG provides to San Francisco’s most vulnerable community members and how the Foundation continues to support the hospital. Serving one in eight San Franciscans, San Francisco General Hospital Foundation has successfully raised more than $250 million dollars to ensure all have easy access to exceptional health care at ZSFG.
ZSFG is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in San Francisco County and Northern San Mateo County, a critical service that thousands of residents and visitors alike depend on every day. The longstanding partnership between the SFGHF and ZSFG is the key pillar in ensuring our community’s only public hospital continues to thrive, treat our community, and develop innovative approaches to health care.
