COVID-19 Protocols

Thank you for helping us create a safe event for all at Hearts in SF.

To ensure the health and safety of all of our guests and staff, we will follow the most recent protocol for preventing the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with SF Department of Health and consultation with hospital leadership.

Currently, this includes:

  • Individuals are strongly recommended, but not required, to wear masks in City Hall regardless of vaccination status.
  • We ask that you stay home if you are feeling ill or experiencing any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms. Additionally, since many individuals with COVID-19 have no symptoms, we encourage you to self-test 48 hours or less prior to attending the event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

San Francisco General Hospital Foundation is a nonprofit organization. SFGHF works quickly to put donations received to immediate use, therefore we do not offer refunds on any tickets purchased for Hearts in SF and/or Hearts After Dark. However, tickets may be transferred to another attendee. Please notify Associate Director of Events Elaine Robertson at if you will not be able to use your tickets.
