Saturday, May 21, 2016 was Opening Day at Zuckerberg San Francisco General, and patients are now being cared for in our city's beautiful, new, state-of-the-art hospital. This historic day was nearly eight years in the making, and was the culmination of a community-wide effort to build a world-class, seismically safe, technologically advanced hospital for all San Franciscans.
